How to use the confirmation<\/h3>\n

  1. Download the PDF confirmation.<\/li>\n
  2. Fill in: subscriber name, address, phone number, email, and contact person.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter full name (CR\/OR\/CRT) and license number.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter place and date, stamp (if applicable), and sign.<\/li>\n
  5. Submit the confirmation to FINconsult (email or fax).<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n\n
