About us
FINconsult was founded in 2004 and has since continuously contributed to the advancement of the financial-accounting and managerial professions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The company’s headquarters are located in Tuzla, with branches in Sarajevo and Srebrenica.
Our mission is the continuous professional training and development of professional competencies. Over the past 21 years, FINconsult has become recognized for the quality of its training programs, the expertise of its lecturers, and its modern approach to learning.
FINconsult has its own business premises, modern IT equipment, and a team of more than 50 external associates—university professors and industry experts.
Our Education Programs
Training for obtaining the titles CRT, CR, and OR — Certified Accounting Technician, Certified Accountant, and Certified Auditor.
Continuing Professional Education (CPE) for certified accountants and auditors.
Bookkeeping Training Program – in-class and online program, delivered since 2004.
So far, more than 2,900 participants have completed the Bookkeeping Training Program. Within the professional qualification programs, 38 generations of CR and 17 generations of OR candidates have been trained — a total of more than 3,000 individuals.
CPE and International Symposiums
FINconsult has been organizing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) since 2007, with seminars delivered both online and in-class at the FINra University in Tuzla. Each year, at least seven seminars are held, maintaining a high level of quality and professional expertise.
Since 2013, FINconsult has also been organizing international symposia that bring together experts from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region. To date, 13 symposia have been held, with the aim of sharing knowledge and keeping up with modern trends in the profession.
Časopis „Poslovni konsultant“
Since 2009, FINconsult has been publishing the internationally indexed scientific and professional journal “Poslovni konsultant”, indexed in EBSCO Publishing databases (Business Source Corporate, Plus, Complete, and Ultimate).
Ten issues are published annually, and the journal has hundreds of subscribers. To date, more than 1,500 scientific and professional papers have been published, written by over 920 authors from Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad.
Business Consulting
In addition to its education programs, FINconsult also provides business consulting services to domestic and international companies — including financial, accounting, tax, and management consulting, tailored to the specific needs of clients.
